Chocolate Crackles

250g (1 block ) of Copha
4 Cups of Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles
1 Cup Icing Sugar, sifted
3 tablespoons of Cocoa
1 Cup of desiccated Coconut.
Directions:
- Melt the Copha in a saucepan over a low heat or in a microwave oven.
- Mix the Rice Bubbles, Icing Sugar, Cocoa, Coconut and the melted Copha, until it is well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into 24 paper patty containers. Add 100s and 1000s as a decoration over the top of the mound.
- Set in the refrigerator
